With 14 years experience as responsible Labrador puppy breeders, we provide families in and out of Arizona with healthy and well tempered Labrador Retriever puppies. Located in Clear Waters Farm Community, our Labradors Retrievers live on 2 acres providing ample room to run, play and swim!
Our kennel offers American and English Labrador Retriever puppies in Chocolate, Yellow & Black. Each of our lab puppies will be released with AKC registration forms. We are excited to invite you and your family to our home. With meeting our Labradors, offers you the chance to gain a sense of temperament and personality in order to connect with the perfect puppy.
From start to finish we work closely with our veterinarian office, Animal Medical Center of Surprise (AMCS), ensuring each puppy receives proper care from start to finish. Our veterinarian staff performs dewclaw removal within the first 3-5 days of age including a physical examination from head to tail. https://amcofsurprise.com/ (623)-295-1811.
At 6 weeks of age, each puppy will undergo a secondary physical examination through AMCS. At that time each puppy will receive their individualized dosage of Pyrantel oral de-worming, 1st round parvovirus shot. This comprehensive examination will also check for any indication of heart murmur's, hernia's, or cleft pallet.
While in our care, puppies will begin early stages of desensitization, by introducing sounds and environmental elements to promote situational awareness by interacting with us, families and of course our labs! During the first 16 days, each puppy will complete the early neurological stimulation exercises. We continue to de-worm puppies at 2/3/4/5 weeks of age, RFD de-wormer.
Each puppy is provided with a 1 year health guarantee including a lifetime guarantee to not develop screened genetic defects. Upon release, each puppy comes with their own welcoming package including Nulo freestyle puppy chow, toy, collar, AKC limited registration, AKC wellness packet and litter certificate.

Working to maintain the integrity and lineage of the Labrador Retriever breed, AZ Lab Lovers has committed resources to ensure a safe and healthy breeding program. Each breeding Sire and Damsel has undergone DNA genetic testing to meet OFA C.H.I.C. requirements as well as AKC BRED with H.E.A.R.T.
These programs recognize breeders for meeting the parent club standard health requirements, The Labrador Club. Each Labrador in our program has been cleared to not be affected by PRCD, EIC, CNM, DM, HNPK, HUU, MCD, NARCOLEPSY, PKD, and DD. Additionally, all Labradors have completed their ACVO eye examination.
Learn how to factor genetic health results into breeding decisions in this introductory video with Dr. Adam Boyko.
ENS requires handling the puppies one at a time while performing a series of five exercises. Listed in order of preference, the handler starts with one pup and stimulates it using each of the five exercises. The handler completes the series from beginning to end before starting with the next pup. The handling of each pup once per day involves the following exercises:1. Tactile stimulation – Holding the pup in one hand, the handler gently stimulates (tickles) the pup between the toes on any one foot using a Q-tip. It is not necessary to see that the pup is feeling the tickle. Time of stimulation 3 – 5 seconds. http://tinyurl.com/ms7ray9w
When performed correctly, ENS is believed to impact the neurological system by kicking it into action earlier than would be normally expected, the result being an increased capacity that later will help to make the difference in its performance, according to Breeding Better Dogs. ENS is time sensitive and must be performed from the third to the 16th days of a puppy’s life.
